Hi Everyone! I have been quite busy since the last post (lots of painting of course!). I just have so many ideas, but never enough time to do it all in!! This one I have done titled 'Red Bowl of Flowers' is now for sale in my Etsy store. click here to go to my Etsy shop. I have used acrylics, glitter, buttons, chiffon and satin fabric with beads and paper. The 'bowl' has been made from painting acrylic paint onto watercolour paper. This one I can do a commission of (the same or different colour scheme) if any one wants. I also am now posting overseas as well as Australia.
This side view catches the glitter and metallic paint I have used.

Good morning everyone. Well this 12 x 12 inch mixed media on canvas was one of those ones that just 'came together' for me, and I was on a roll with it!! I have loved these colour combinations for a while now (torquoise, red and white), and I wanted to put it into something that had a mixed media and 3d effect. In this painting I used impasto paint for a base with a ridged effect, beads,
paper, glitter, chiffon fabric, water colour paper, pastel pencils and lastly ink. I put a metallic gold over the outer edges as well for a glossy glittery look too. This one will go on my Etsy store shortly.
This is the second canvas painting from my Scarlet series. I am hoping to do more, I have so much fun creating these!!

Good evening folks!
This 10 x 12 inch canvas painting is from my Flower Meadow Series of acrylic paintings and is titled "Sunset Surprise". I have used acrylic paints and glitter glue to give it that sparkly look! Photo's really don't do these paintings justice as you really can't see how the colours are just so vibrant and the glitter gives it a special touch! I have sealed the canvas with a gloss varnish for protection. This painting would look great on a wall or on a small easel on a shelf.
Background Colours: watermelon, aqua, yellows. Please keep in mind that colours may vary from monitor to monitor.
Buy this now in my Etsy Store!
Australian Buyers: Paypal or Bank Transfer
International: Paypal only
This would look great on a small easel on a shelf if you don't want to hang it on a wall. Would make a great gift idea.
Close up view.
Side view for sparkles....however, you really can't see the glittery bits!

For those who don't know - I also do commissions for those who are after something original or different or who like something of mine reproduced in another colour or size! The three acrylic paintings below were ordered for a lovely lady who wanted 3 similar, but in different colours. The frames were made by my father-in-law out of recycled fence palings and then given a high gloss varnish. The canvas paintings are 10 x 8 inch in size. When framed, they are $150 each. Please contact me if you are interested in something like this or anything else.
This one is in teals/torquoise and aqua with chocolate browns, lattes, golds and bronze with glitter glue in aqua/teal/torquoise colours.
This one is in mediteranean blues with chocolate browns, lattes, golds and bronze with glitter glue in blues and golds.
Lastly, this one is painted in oranges, reds, chocolate, latte, bronze and gold with glitter glue in golds and oranges.

Good afternoon everyone. Its been awhile since I posted anything, but that doesn't mean I have had nothing to post! In between being a little unwell, I have been busy painting a few commissions, of which I will post once their owners have seen them first!! But in the meantime, I painted this new canvas in some of my favourite colour combinations - blues, teals, aqua and french blue with white. It measures 51 x 76cm. Price is $275.00.
I have used acrylics, ink and glitter glue.
In this side view you can see the sparkly bits. As always, you only get the real effect when you see it in real life!
